Welcome to Everwell!

My name is Michaela Gibbons, short 'Micha,' and I'm so excited to meet you!

In a world that is increasingly loud and hectic and restless it is ever more important that we carve out a small oasis of peace and tranquility in our days. An oasis where we take care of our hardworking bodies and busy minds and hearts through exploring our creativity through arts and crafts and finding joy in mindful movement through Yoga.

I look forward to helping you discover your inner peace and joy through art and asana.

What you won't find here: pretzel poses, acrobatics, a skinny willowy teacher, chanting

I'm a big fan of: Yoga props, figuring out ways to make yoga accessible to every body at every stage in life, helping others discover their heart for art and yoga, and savasana under the stars

Frequently asked questions

Please wear comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement. No need to wear yoga pants! You may even wear socks if your feet get cold quickly or you just don't like to move around barefoot. I'll have a few loaner mats and other props available. but please bring a yoga mat if you own one (and blocks or other props.) A blanket or pillow make easy props and are nice to have but not terribly necessary. And don't forget your water bottle.
Absolutely not! I strive to make my practices inclusive and accessible to every body at every age and every shape. You get to choose mat or chair every single practice session, and poses are geared toward beginners and those who seek mindful movement for everyday mobility.
That makes two of us! Or three. There won't be any pretzel acrobatics - promised, and I turned 50 and sent my child off to College so my skinny days are long over, too. Mindful movement in yoga is for every body at every stage of your life. Let's enjoy and take care of ourselves and our hardworking bodies who have served us so well until now.
